✅ Step 1: Sign up
Join our fast growing user-to-user marketplace and community by signing up. Choose to register as a company or a private user and you'll be up and running in no-time!
📋 Step 2: Add a listing
Listing is free (no cure, no pay) and it just takes minutes! Select a listing type and fill in the details. Check out our FAQ on how to make a great listing to sell your items quickly.
🏦 Step 3: Payout details
To receive payments you'll have to fill in your payout details and onboard with Stripe Connect. With Octopus all transactions are processed by Stripe, a well-known, secure and reliable payment provider.
🎛️ Step 4: Start selling
Buyers can now find and view your listing, send you messages and create orders. You can decide to accept or decline orders, and Octopus will keep you informed along the way.
🎁 Step 5: Get ready
Prepare the equipment for it's new owner as soon as you accept an order. Have you agreed on pickup or shipping? Always remember to hand over your gear as you'd wish to receive it.
💰 Step 6: Collect payment
As soon as the deal is done the buyer’s payment will be on it's way to your account. Again, trustworthy Stripe will handle all transactions. Read about fees & commission rates and our payout policy for more details.

Did you have a good time selling? Remember to leave a review on the buyer's page. Your feedback will help building the Octopus community even stronger and more trustworthy.

Browse by category, search for your favourite brand or use our helpful filters. Our community regularly create new listings, so be sure to check in frequently!

There is nothing simpler than hitting the Buy now-button, but if you have any questions about a listing you can message the seller directly through Octopus.
💸 Step 4: Payment
Complete the order by sending your payment. With Octopus all transactions are processed by Stripe, a well-known, secure and reliable payment provider. Your payment details will be saved for your next secondhand bargain.
⏳ Step 5: The process
The seller will review your order and choose to either accept or decline it. Keep an eye on your inbox and make room for the equipment! Once the order is accepted, reach out to the seller to arrange the details.
